The portion outlined in Blue is parcel #2, and the portion outlined in Red is the portion that Omar suggested adding to parcel #2.
The pictures below are pretty small so that they will load fairly quickly. It is difficult to see the panoramic views and the river well, but they are spectacular. the deer rubs on the trees were too good to not show you.
Of the three parcels, parcel #2 has the most diversity. Parcel #1 is almost all planted pines with a very small percentage of hardwoods. Parcel #3 is more cutover hardwood, mature hardwood, and fields that have been planted in young pines. Parcel #3 also has the largest percentage of flood plane. Parcel #2 has mostly 14 year old planted pines that need thinning next year. The thinning should bring $150 - $200 per acre in revenue. Parcel #2 has the very nice fishing pond and there is an outstanding home-site on a hill that would overlook the pond and provide great panoramic views. Parcel #2 also has a good portion of hardwood bottom. Omar's suggestion of adding that portion in Red to Parcel #2 is a very good one. That piece is about 1/2 flood plane along the river and has some of the prettiest hardwood forest on the entire property.
